Description
We are looking for a CRM Product Owner who will report to the Manager, Lifecycle, CRM to strengthen the customer experience through strong customer relationship management. You will be responsible for the digital product strategic growth and roadmap: from business needs identification to strategic orientation regarding design, development, deployments and continuous improvement.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
· Analyze and understand market trends: Understand your product users needs and be at the forefront of new digital technologies to recommend new features & functionalities
· Build a vision and roadmap: Align product improvements into concrete plans to achieve business goals and enhance user experience
· Develop and manage backlog: Gather business requirements, write user stories and perform required user acceptance tests based on technical specs
· Collaborate within the team: Work with IT, legal, marketing and external agencies for the entire product development lifecycle
· Monitor performance: establish and monitor KPI, lead support process, identify and solve bugs & issues, create documentation and training and lead change management to ensure maximum quality of your product.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
· Focus on lifecycle: hands-on experience with CRM platforms and a solid understanding of email and SMS marketing, automation workflows, customer journey mapping, and other core CRM best practices.
· Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze and recommend appropriate solutions
· Business oriented: Understand the impact of your digital product on the business, measure results and present strategic recommendations to support goals & objectives
· Adaptability: Curious and always looking for new technologies, you are able to learn quickly
· Team Collaboration: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working harmoniously with multiple teams, especially to translate business needs into technical requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in digital, marketing, communications or a related field
· Minimum of four (4) years of experience in CRM ideally as a Product Owner (PO)
· Deep knowledge of different CRM products (SFDC and Adobe, or any other ESP)
· Ability to work in agile methodology
· Capacity to think outside the box
· Capacity to deliver result-driven solutions
· Autonomous, you have the leadership and the drive to radiate positive and innovative thinking helping you and your team to deliver challenging projects
· Strong capacities to summarize and transform information and data into insights
· Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French)
· Capacity to efficiently manage several projects at the same time
· Facility to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
