As a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within our global Parts, Accessories & Apparel (PA&A) division, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy behind our distribution and logistics operations. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Material Cost Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze material cost trends across the supply chain.

  • Evaluate cost drivers, supplier pricing, and inventory impacts to support procurement and sourcing decisions.

  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve cost transparency.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial forecasts and budgets.

  • Use historical trends, current data, and predictive analytics to estimate future costs and resource needs.

Strategic Financial Modeling

  • Design and refine data-driven financial models to support decision-making across distribution, transportation, and 3PL operations.

  • Ensure models promote cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Freight Out Cost Analysis

  • Track and evaluate freight out expenses across global transportation lanes.

  • Analyze carrier performance, fuel surcharges, and delivery patterns to identify cost optimization opportunities.

  • Partner with logistics and transportation teams to improve freight efficiency and reduce outbound shipping costs.

  • Support freight contract negotiations with financial insights and scenario modeling.

  • Collaborate with compliance and trade teams to assess the financial impact of international shipping regulations and duty structures.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce freight-related fees through process improvements, vendor negotiations, or alternative routing strategies.

Packaging Cost Analysis

  • Assess packaging material usage and cost trends across distribution centers.

  • Work with operations and sourcing teams to evaluate packaging design, supplier pricing, and sustainability impacts.

  • Monitor packaging spend against budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and recommendations.

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze actual performance vs. budgets and forecasts for logistics and distribution.

  • Identify key variances, uncover root causes, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • A strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and performance insights.

  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, TM1, Ariba, and advanced query tools like SQL (SSMS) and Snowflake.

  • Solid understanding of database structures and data warehousing principles.

  • Curious and proactive, always seeking improvement and best practices.

  • A strong communicator in both official languages, able to convey complex ideas clearly.

  • A collaborative team player who builds relationships and influences stakeholders effectively.

  • Self-driven, capable of working independently and leading initiatives in a dynamic environment.

  • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
