We are looking for a snowmobile, watercraft and Sea-Doo pontoon strategic analyst who will report to the North-America Retail Operations Manager, Snow and Water, and who’ll be tasked with helping us in maintaining our leadership position within the Powersports Industry in North America. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront identifying trends and bringing new strategies and ideas to differentiate BRP amongst top competitors and build strong momentum in the key markets and key segments.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Perform market trend analyzes to identify key insights and action plans
Influence the go-to-market strategy through data driven analyses
Identify monthly Go-to-market priorities, build action plans with key stakeholders and report progress with members of the management team;
Play a key role in the execution of the growth plays in key markets and ensure strong delivery and execution of the regional growth plans;
Build strong business relationships with Regional and District Sales Managers involved in your regional plans;
Ensure strong synergies among internal departments - optimize processes and communication among key stakeholders;
Lead multidisciplinary governance to ensure all stakeholders are aligned towards the objectives
Measure the success of action plans and growth to ensure best ROI
Identify opportunities and define short and long-term business strategy for snowmobile and Sea-Doo products in North-America
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing discipline
5+ years’ experience in one of the following fields: Commercial /Sales, Marketing, Retail Operations, Market/Sales Planning or Finance
Ability to manage multi-functional projects in a fast paced & dynamic environment
Demonstrate good analytical skills and ability to extract meaningful insights from data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets using formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions
Demonstrate leadership skills and ownership
Highly Driven with a burning desire to WIN versus competition
Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint: Skilled in creating clear, engaging, and visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate data insights to various audiences
Knowledge of the snowmobile and marine industry
