Job Summary:
A professional who combines expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics to optimize human resources management and support strategic, data-driven decision-making. This specialist implements, manages, and enhances HRIS systems, collects and analyzes HR data to identify trends, and develops reports to improve processes and organizational efficiency at Belron.
The HRIS & Data Analytics Expert holds a national role and is an integral part of an international HRIS expert team within Belron International. He/she is responsible for HRIS project management, process optimization, and acts as a subject matter expert. The role is key in feature development, support team development, data compliance, and system integration-including AI applications. The HRIS Expert must work closely with other departments across the organization to roll out various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through technology
Contribute to the strategy for deploying AI features across HR
Implement a time and absence management system
Manage the Workday system
Develop and maintain system functionalities aligned with business needs
Support integrations between Workday and other systems (payroll, finance, IT, etc.)
Monitor system performance and resolve issues
Deploy new modules or features
Data & Analytics
Develop, optimize, and deploy dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support decision-making
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., workforce, performance, and compensation data) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Develop training materials for users and train HR and Employee Services teams
Act as the expert point of contact for complex system-related questions
Propose and implement technology solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and increase HR productivity
Data Quality & Compliance
Ensure HR data compliance, quality, and consistency
Implement controls, audits, and validation mechanisms
Collaboration & Transformation
Contribute to strategic HR transformation projects
Be a key player in the digital evolution of the HR function
Actively collaborate with the HRIS expert team across Belron International
Candidate Profile:
Significant experience in HRIS management, ideally with Workday
Structured mindset, collaborative approach, and attention to detail
10-15 years of experience
Skills in project management, system development, and integration
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Customer-focused, rigorous, and innovation-oriented
