This role supports the implementation of the company’s Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) strategy, contributes to sustainability reporting, and assists in integrating sustainable practices across all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about environmental stewardship, the financial aspects of ESG opportunity and risk, and the role of sustainability in healthcare innovation.
ESG & Data Management
- Collect, validate, and analyze ESG data from internal stakeholders across operational functions including human resources, manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain
- Support the development and maintenance of ESG data platforms and contribute to performance tracking against sustainability KPIs
- Assist in preparing responses for ESG ratings and rankings (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics, EcoVadis)
Sustainability Reporting
- Contribute to the development of annual sustainability reports aligned with sustainability frameworks such as ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP
- Help coordinate cross-functional inputs for disclosures, including environmental impact, product stewardship, and social responsibility
Process Integration
- Work on assigned projects with departments to embed sustainability into core business processes, could include ESG training tools and programs, sustainability policies and processes
- Assist in internal communications and awareness campaigns to promote sustainability in company culture
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Potential degree backgrounds include: Business, Environmental Sustainability, Life Sciences, Political Science, Public Health, or a related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards, ESG software platforms
- Exposure to climate risk or ESG finance or data analytics, sustainable supply chain practices
- Strong analytical, communication and organization skills; openness to learn, attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG
