The Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our housekeeping department. You'll be a key member of the team, responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness across our properties, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

Housekeeping Operations Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities across the properties

  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and staff-only areas to uphold Aneyro’s high standards of quality

  • Manage supply inventory and ensure optimal stock levels

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance

Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure productivity and team cohesion

  • Onboard new employees, provide ongoing training, and conduct regular follow-ups

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting strong interdepartmental communication

Light Maintenance & Safety:

  • Identify minor repair needs and work closely with the maintenance team for timely resolution

  • Ensure that all facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards

Profile Sought

  • Excellent service mindset, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Independent, dependable, and a strong team player

Language Requirements
  • French (spoken and written) – excellent proficiency required

  • English (spoken and written) – excellent proficiency required

  • Spanish – a strong asset

Education & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role (supervision, housekeeping, or team management) required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $22/hour

Vacation and Leave:

  • 2 weeks of paid vacation upon hiring

  • 2 paid sick days

Work Schedule
