The Role

We are seeking a Director of Housekeeping to oversee cleaning operations across approximately a dozen hotel properties (around 200 units) in the Québec City region.
You will be responsible for operational quality, team performance, and compliance with Aneyro’s hospitality standards, working closely with senior management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and optimize housekeeping operations across all managed properties

  • Coordinate schedules based on occupancy levels to ensure effective coverage

  • Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce cleanliness standards

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants

  • Respond to guest feedback related to cleanliness

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team on minor repairs

  • Monitor key performance indicators (quality, efficiency, budget) and suggest improvements

  • Use hotel management tools and ensure internal procedures are followed

Education and Experience

  • Degree in hospitality management, institutional management, or administration (or equivalent) required

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position (supervision, housekeeping, or team management) required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $55,000

  • Quarterly performance bonuses (up to $2,500/year)

  • Mileage reimbursement or fixed travel allowance

Vacation and Leave

  • 2 weeks of paid vacation upon hiring

  • 2 paid sick days

  • 2 paid personal days

  • 8 statutory holidays

Group Insurance (50% paid by the employer)

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, min 30 hours/week with a flexible schedule

  • Weekend work required
