The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in the organization’s financial planning and analysis. Reporting to the Director of Finance FP&A, they are responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into strategic analyses that support executive decision-making.

The incumbent actively contributes to advanced financial modeling, in-depth performance analysis, and data mining to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations.

The ideal candidate stands out for their analytical rigor, autonomy, and ability to thrive in demanding environments while handling large volumes of data with a keen eye for detail.

Your Impact
  • Translate financial data into value-added strategic analyses
  • Monitor financial performance and explain variances (budget, forecasts, actual)
  • Develop advanced financial models (budgets, forecasts, scenarios)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend concrete actions
  • Design dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making
  • Contribute to the evolution of FP&A practices and the optimization of processes
What we’re looking for

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements
  • Strong experience in automation and SQL scripting for data extraction
  • Sharp analytical mind, ability to work independently, and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence others using data

Languages

  • Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English (written), a significant asset
