Purpose of the role

Your role with us

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be much more than just a point of contact — you will be a true partner for our clients.

Your goal? Deliver a human, reassuring, and efficient experience with every interaction.

What will your days look like?

  • Welcome and assist clients by phone, email, and text message
  • Quickly understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Clearly explain our products, terms, and tools
  • Handle day-to-day requests such as payments, account changes, follow-ups, agreements, etc.
  • Ensure proactive follow-up until the issue is fully resolved
  • Manage more delicate situations with calmness, professionalism, and empathy
  • Accurately document every interaction in our systems
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience

You are probably the person we are looking for if…

  • You are fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • You are known for your listening skills, professionalism, and ability to build trust quickly
  • You remain calm even in more complex situations
  • You are comfortable using technology tools (CRM, phone systems, messaging platforms, etc.)
  • You enjoy achieving goals and finding practical solutions
  • You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
