As a rapidly growing company now firmly established in the Ontario market, we’re expanding our collections team with passionate, people-oriented professionals who want to make a real impact on the customer experience.

As a Collections Agent, you will play a key role in managing overdue accounts and helping customers find realistic and sustainable payment solutions tailored to their situation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers by phone (inbound and outbound), email, and SMS
- Building professional, respectful, and human connections with customers
- Assessing customers’ financial situations and repayment capacity
- Negotiating realistic and sustainable payment arrangement
- Clearly explaining account status, consequences, and next steps
- Managing and prioritizing a daily queue of accounts
- Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions
- Ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and internal policies
- Supporting the preparation of legal documentation when required
- Meeting established productivity and quality standards
- Collaborating with a supportive team that values coaching and continuous improvement
You’re the right fit if you…
- Are fully bilingual, both spoken and written
- Hold a college diploma (DEC or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in collections
- Are recognized for your professionalism, communication skills, and empathy
- Are confident in negotiation and objection handling
- Are organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
- Have strong customer service skills
- Build trust easily with clients
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are comfortable using financial software and digital tools
