Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Mission
Find rare and highly qualified candidates, primarily in the following fields:
• Technical Sales Representatives
• Account Managers
• Specialized Manufacturing Profiles
• Hard-to-fill professional or technical positions
You will be responsible for the entire proactive search cycle, including direct sourcing, initial assessment, and presenting candidates to clients.

Main Responsibilities
1. Headhunting
• Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates in various sectors.

• Utilize modern sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networks, etc.).

• Conduct ongoing monitoring of key talent both within the province and beyond.

2. Recruitment Cycle Management
• Define the required candidate profiles with management.
• Conduct structured pre-interviews to assess skills and motivation.

• Present recommendations of qualified candidates.

3. Client Relations
• Support the team in analyzing the needs of client companies.

• Ensure professional and prompt service.

• Maintain proactive communication with partners and candidates.

4. Contribution to Agency Development
• Participate in the continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment methods.

• Represent the agency professionally.

• Collaborate on various projects related to the company's growth.

Required Skills and Profile
Essential:
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (ideally 3 to 5 years).

• Excellent communication skills (French and English required; other languages ​​an asset).

• Comfortable with interviews, prospecting, and direct approach.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Key assets:

• Knowledge of the Quebec job market.

• Experience recruiting technical or professional profiles.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern sourcing tools.
