Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 per year + commissions
Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a Broker / Commercial Advisor role. The client operates a digital platform designed to simplify access to essential professional expertise for businesses, particularly in the accounting and financial services sector.
The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact throughout the matching process between business clients and qualified accounting specialists, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and trustworthy experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Analyze client needs, objectives, and constraints in depth

Identify and recommend suitable accounting professionals

Facilitate communication between clients and specialists

Support clients in their decision-making process

Ensure structured follow-up after the match

Intervene promptly in case of dissatisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes

Contribute to the performance and growth of the platform
Profile Requirements

Experience in consultative sales, advisory services, recruitment, or account management

Strong active listening and communication skills
