We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Global Talent Management Advisor who excels at connecting the dots. In this role, you will lead and manage high-impact projects within the talent management space, including career development, mentorship, and enhancements to existing programs. You will act as a true strategist, driving initiatives that elevate the employee experience and strengthen our global talent practices. This position requires a curious, analytical thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to influence across BRP.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Shape and implement integrated talent and leadership development programs by contributing to the design, learning curricula, and high-impact global initiatives.
Create engaging, informative, and compelling learning activities and tools to empower HRBPs, employees and leaders.
Act as a strategic advisor providing thought partnership on the organization’s critical talent priorities.
Connect cross-functional insights to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities across the talent landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive program innovation by researching and analyzing best practices, emerging trends, and leveraging data-driven insights from across industries.
Own end-to-end delivery of global talent initiatives, ensuring quality execution, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations that inform and influence decision-making.
Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into a compelling narrative that informs and shapes talent strategy.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Career counseling, or a related field. Assets: Graduate studies in organizational psychology/career counselling/organizational development, or another related field.
8-10 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization
Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development.
Exceptional strategic thinking skills
Strong curiosity, self-motivated for learning and delivering quality projects or taking on new challenges.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
Demonstrate flexibility and tolerance to ambiguity.
