Role Mission

At A+, our projects require talents capable of adapting, collaborating, and developing a wide range of skills. Your mission revolves around three axes: recruiting, developing, and structuring our construction teams through on-site and digital recruitment strategies; supporting our managers in talent development - from designing tools to individual coaching; and leading continuous improvement initiatives for the construction experience and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Attracting and Recruiting Construction Talent
  • Identify, approach, and recruit carpenters, interior system installers, laborers, cabinet installers, team leaders, and foremen;

  • Build and develop a strong network (references, training centers, unions, industry activities);

  • Create talent pools;

  • Provide a simple, human, and effective candidate experience;

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand.

Talent Development
  • Establish and maintain robust integration programs;

  • Implement individual development plans for each worker;

  • Participate in the implementation of performance management tools;

  • Contribute to fostering a culture of learning through simple, direct, and useful feedback.

Organizational Development
  • Implement communication tools tailored to construction teams;

  • Structure simple, effective HR practices rooted in reality;

  • Support managers in their management practices;

  • Evolve processes without burdening operations.

Health and Safety (H&S) & Compliance
  • Lead the H&S committee;

  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of practices aligned with Law 27;

  • Help strengthen a strong prevention culture.

Requirements
  • Studies in Human Resources;

  • Valid driver's license + access to a vehicle (frequent travel to construction sites).
