Les employés d'USNR ont un rabais sur leur abonnement annuel chez La Vie Active, salle d'entraînement santé à Victoriaville.
Le régime d'assurance collective couvre, entre autres, les frais médicaux et paramédicaux, l'invalidité courte et longue durée, les soins de la vue, l'assurance vie, etc.
Les employés ont droit à 13 congés fériés par année.
Les employés peuvent cotiser au Fonds de solidarité FTQ grâce aux retenues sur le salaire. USNR verse également un montant dans le Fonds des adhérants.
Pour les employés de l'usine : Quart de jour : lundi au jeudi de 7 h à 16 h 30 et le vendredi de 7 h à 12 h. Quart de soir : lundi au jeudi de 16 h 15 à 2 h 45. Pour les employés des bureaux : lundi au vendredi de 8 h à 17 h
Le comité organisateur d'activités de USNR organise plusieurs activités tout au long de l'année dont, entre autres, le tournoi de golf annuel et diverses sorties pour assister à des événements sportifs. De plus, un party de Noël est organisé chaque année par la Direction.
Chaque année, nous soulignons le travail des employés ayant cumulé un multiple de cinq années de service.
