La Fée des Grèves is a marine processing company specializing inproduction of smoked salmon. The smokehouse is known for its delicate cold wood smoking and fruit trees. Since opening in 1994, the company continues to develop and to innovate and offer a variety of new fish products. The products are made in strict compliance with quality standards.
Working in the smokehouse is above all to be part of a dynamic team, which contributes to the success of the company. In 2020, La Fée des Grèves was consecrated for its Canadian smoked salmon by the show «l'Épicerie» on October 7. A great recognition for all the work done by the entire smoking room team!
