Strategy Data Analyst (Digital Health)

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Strategy Data Analyst to support the growth of their Digital Health business. This role will work closely with Product Managers and Digital Health leaders to drive data-informed decision-making across customer engagement, patient conversion, digital marketing, and platform analytics initiatives.

Duration: 8 Month Contract, to start

Location: 4 days/week onsite (Wednesday in Toronto, remaining days can be worked from Toronto, Brampton, or North York offices)

40 Hours/ week

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers across the Digital Health team to support strategic and analytical initiatives
• Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights
• Analyze patient/customer funnel performance and identify drop-off points and conversion opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting tools for business stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within digital engagement and healthcare platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, marketing, and digital teams
• Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives where possible

Must Have Skills:

• 2-4 years experience as a Data Analyst, with experience in analytics, dashboarding, and/or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills with experience pulling, querying, and analyzing large datasets
• Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting insights and recommendations

Nice to Haves:

• Python experience for automation or advanced analytics
• Experience with GCP / BigQuery
• Experience within Healthcare, Retail, CPG, or Digital/E-Commerce domain.
