Intermediate Deskside Analyst with 5+ years of experience to fill a backfill position

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Deskside Analyst with 5+ years of experience to fill a backfill position providing Tier II technical support.

This role involves supporting personal computers, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Location: On-site in Calgary (Monday-Friday)

Contract: 4 months (until December 31, 2025) - Possible extension

Soft skills are essential-including strong communication, expectation setting, and follow-up with end users.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Deskside Analyst
• Proficient with Windows 10 & 11
• Experience working in a Microsoft environment
• Strong troubleshooting and break-fix skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier II support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, printers, and video conferencing equipment
• Support Office 365 and other site-specific applications
• Deliver end-user support via phone, remote desktop, or in-person
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Manage support tickets proactively to improve resolution times
• Support and maintain peripherals including scanners and specialized hardware
