Agilus is recruiting for a Field Service Educator - Dental Hygienist in the Medical Industry in St. Laurent, Quebec.
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Licensed Dental Hygienist with a passion for education and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on sharing technical expertise, delivering engaging presentations, and supporting clinical teams through in-service training and educational outreach.
A typical day:
- Deliver in-service clinical, technical, and educational training to dental professionals and support staff
- Develop and present educational materials tailored to adult learners
- Serve as a subject matter expert in dental hygiene practices, tools, and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support program development and implementation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to enhance training programs and materials
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and professional events
Successful candidates will have:
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in good standing with the Ordre des hygiénistes dentaires du Québec (OHDQ)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent public speaking and presentation development skills
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and electronic communication tools; Excel knowledge is a plus
- Ability to travel extensively within the region (including some weekends)
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

Total rewards:
