Your Responsibilities Estimation:
  • Analyze construction plans and specifications.

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.

  • Verify required material quantities.

  • Request and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Present bids to clients and follow up as needed.

Project Management:
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate construction site activities.

  • Establish schedules and ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.

  • Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Supervise teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

  • Contribute to project optimization and continuous improvement of processes.

Desired Profile
  • College diploma in Building Estimation & Evaluation or equivalent training.

  • Experience in estimation and/or project management (an asset, particularly in masonry).

  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with estimation software and blueprint reading.

  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve issues effectively.
