ITI Placement de Ressources wishes to add an IT recruitment advisor . This person will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for the different mandates assigned to him/her.

KEY ACTIVITIES :
- Manage the recruitment of IT positions for our clients
- Carry out all stages of staffing (analysis of applications, interviews, reference checks and criminal history
- Advise and follow-up with candidates in their process
- Ensure the development of social networks
- Participate in recruitment and promotion activities
- Liaise with clients and the Director of Staffing to ensure understanding of recruitment requirements
- Participate in the selection of candidates for tenders
- Propose new recruitment strategies
- Participate in the improvement of the employee experience
