Reporting into Integrated Solutions, an Xplore certified dealer, we are looking for a Sales Representative to support Xplore’s growth strategy by driving sales of residential internet services through community-based events and targeted field marketing activities. This role serves as a brand ambassador, representing Xplore and the dealer channel at rural events to generate interest, educate customers, and convert qualified prospects into subscribers.

This position requires a professional, customer-focused individual capable of delivering a high‑quality experience while achieving defined sales and engagement targets.
 
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, relationship-focused, technology-loving individual with an understanding of the telecommunications industry and be motivated to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Represent Xplore and the dealer channel at community events, trade shows, local fairs, pop-up activations, and other field marketing initiatives across assigned rural territories.
  • Engage attendees in a professional manner to communicate the value of Xplore’s home internet solutions, including fibre, 5G fixed wireless, and satellite services.
  • Conduct clear and compliant presentations on service availability, speeds, pricing, promotions, and installation timelines.
  • Utilize Xplore sales systems to capture leads, process orders, and ensure accurate customer documentation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales Management to support event planning, logistics, booth setup, brand standards, and material distribution.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer questions and provide informed recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Xplore’s policies, including privacy, sales guidelines, ethical standards, and health & safety requirements.
  • Support localized marketing initiatives such as community partnerships, sponsor events, and grassroots outreach.
  • Provide post-event reporting including performance metrics, customer insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, event marketing, telecommunications, or customer engagement roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales objectives in a fast‑paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable explaining technology and service features in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Self-motivated with strong time‑management and organizational capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to rural event sites.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and regional travel based on event requirements.
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to approximately 30 lbs.)

The successful candidate will be employed by Integrated Solutions, an Xplore certified dealer, while serving as a primary representative of Xplore Inc.
