JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Director of Logistics and Patient Flow, the Manager of Logistics and Patient Flow is responsible for coordinating non-clinical administrative activities, while ensuring efficient monitoring of patient flow through the various departments of the community hospital. This position requires the ability to integrate administrative and clinical processes to optimize operations, improve quality of care and ensure effective communication between internal teams and external partners. This person also represents Vitalité Health Network with various community partners and foundations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree in health, administration or management;
  • Master’s degree (master’s in business administration, public administration or health services management) considered an asset;
  • Lean Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification considered an asset;
  • Five years’ professional experience relevant to the position and/or in health services management;
  • Excellent knowledge of the hospital system, its administration and its legal framework;
  • Ability to work using a results-driven approach;
  • Listening, intervention and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Versatility, adaptability and responsiveness;
  • Strong change management skills;
  • Dynamic and innovative;
