JOB SUMMARY:

Provides coordination and administrative support for a variety of departments/programs; supervises office employees and ensures office procedures are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma plus an additional Office Administration program/course of over one and up to two years OR five (5) years of recent experience (within the last eight years) as a 1077;
  • Two years of previous experience directly related to the position;
  • Demonstrated supervisory ability;
  • Proficiency of MS Office suite;
  • Ability to write or revise a varied range of documents in French;
  • Knowledge of other commonly used software within the Network;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network’s management philosophy, and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
