  Your Role

The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for our guests. You accompany guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a personalized, professional experience aligned with Marriott brand standards at all times.

You play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and actively contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

  Responsibilities
  • Welcome, register, and check out guests efficiently and professionally

  • Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies

  • Maintain effective communication with other departments regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early or late departures, and special requests

  • Review and adjust guest billing charges as needed

  • Handle and balance cash transactions with accuracy and accountability

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve situations promptly and professionally

  Profile Sought
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Professional presentation and positive attitude

  • Initiative, attention to detail, and autonomy

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working with hotel systems and technology

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
