Your Role

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor ensures overnight front desk operations while delivering high-quality service to all guests. This role also includes maintaining accurate financial reports and ensuring the safety of the property during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and classify daily financial transactions
  • Correct postings and update guest folios
  • Balance accounts and close POS systems
  • Prepare and distribute the daily revenue report
  • Answer calls and respond to guest requests
  • Process reservations according to Marriott standards
  • Handle guest comments and complaints professionally
  • Perform full front desk duties during the night
  • Prepare a detailed handover for the morning team
  • Perform any other related duties required for smooth overnight operations

Profile Sought

  • Relevant experience in front desk operations or a similar role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of initiative, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Ability to manage diverse responsibilities independently
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS (FOSSE is an asset)
