Position Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Research Manager (CRM) to support the development and implementation of an ambitious Lower Limb Preservation (LLP), prosthetics and amputee research program and to launch post-acute care geriatrics research and education. This is a dual-position role at the UHN-West Park site.

The successful candidate will play a central role in advancing and coordinating research across these programs, with a particular focus on supporting the continued development and structure of the amputee and prosthetics research pathway, while also contributing to the expansion of research within geriatric rehabilitation.

Within the amputee and LLP program, the CRM will support the evolution of a growing signature research initiative aimed at strengthening program structure, enhancing coordination, and embedding research into clinical care.

Within geriatric rehabilitation, the CRM will contribute to the development of an emerging research program that supports innovative clinical programming, integrates education and academic growth, and encompasses and connects with broader geriatric research initiatives across UHN. This includes supporting efforts to enhance access to rehabilitation and advance models of care through a potential post-acute lens.

This role is highly collaborative and will work across interdisciplinary teams including clinicians, researchers, program leaders, and rehabilitation specialists, and external partners across UHN, KITE, TIER, and the University of Toronto, supporting the development of integrated and research-informed models of care.
