The Radiation Medicine Program (RMP) at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Clinical Business Analyst, Quality & Systems Improvement. The incumbent will work under the Senior Manager, Program Strategy and Development and collaboratively with the RMP Data Analytics Leads, to oversee various aspects of the program, including but not limited to bringing their expertise in Quality Management Support in Clinical Systems and Process Improvement and supporting the design and implementation of new digital health solutions and processes, while ensuring data entry processes support reporting requirements.

Position Summary

The Clinical Business Analyst will support the Radiation Medicine Program’s Analytics and Development team by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting clinical and operational data-both routinely and on an ad hoc basis-to inform management and clinical decision-making. This role contributes to benchmarking best practices for operational, clinical, and quality measures; supports special projects; and ensures the accuracy of data submitted to regulatory bodies (e.g., Ontario Health) for reimbursement and quality reporting. The Clinical Business Analyst will also assist with system upgrades and changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business and clinical processes.
