Loyal Express Global Warehouses Inc., a loyal espress diovison is seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the warehouse manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping in the warehouse.
  • Manage and organize warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of safety within the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Optimize warehouse processes and inventory management to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments to meet the operational needs of the business.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Provide quality customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requested skills

Required Qualifications:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of warehouse practices, inventory management, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and inventory management systems.
