Description
Transport Laberge is seeking a Digital Solutions Developer to contribute to its digital transformation. You will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of technological solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency, automating business processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
You will collaborate with various departments to develop, among other things, artificial intelligence solutions that simplify and optimize operations while enhancing the user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain internal digital solutions.
- Train, support, and assist users in adopting the developed solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance indicators using Microsoft Power BI.
- Develop Python scripts to automate tasks and data processing.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and data models.
- Integrate data from systems such as Geotab, Magnus, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ERP, TMS, and other operational platforms.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between various company systems.
- Automate business processes using Python, Microsoft Power Platform, and other digital tools.
- Participate in the development of AI-based solutions, including AI assistants, predictive analytics, OCR, intelligent automation, and decision-support tools.
- Contribute to data quality, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Document developed solutions and provide technical support to users.
- Collaborate with different teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities through digital technologies.
- Degree in computer science, software development, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Strong interest in automation and artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Git, or Microsoft Copilot (an asset).
