Specializing in conveyor belt fabrication, distribution and installation, Transforce Beltal serves industrial customers throughout Eastern Canada.
Your role
You will serve as the direct link between our industrial customers, outside sales team and internal operations.
You will guide customers through their purchases, prepare quotations and process orders. Above all, you will play an active role in following up on sales activities: following up on quotations, moving sales opportunities forward, maintaining contact after the sale and identifying customers’ future needs.
Your main responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs and help them select suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations and enter orders accurately.

Follow up regularly by phone and email to turn quotations into orders.

Build lasting customer relationships and maintain contact after the sale to confirm satisfaction and anticipate future needs.

Identify opportunities to sell complementary products and reconnect with less active customers.

Work with outside sales representatives to coordinate follow-ups and move opportunities forward.

Coordinate with operations to follow up on orders and delivery timelines.

Keep customer information, communications and next steps up to date in internal systems.

Use available tools, including artificial intelligence, to simplify daily tasks.
What we are looking for

Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential to communicate with our French- and English-speaking customers throughout Eastern Canada.

Experience in inside sales, customer service or a related role.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust over the phone and by email.

Organizational skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

Initiative and motivation to contribute to sales results.

A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple files and priorities.

Proficiency with computer applications and an interest in learning about technical products.

Experience in an industrial environment or knowledge of conveyor belts is an asset.

Location: On-site at our facility in Dunham, Quebec.

Pay: Starting at $29/hour, based on experience and skills.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
