We are currently looking for an IT support technician to support our expansion and provide a solid technical foundation for our IT team.
What you will do:
Communicate by phone or in person with internal customers experiencing IT difficulties to ensure outstanding customer service;
Provide advice to users to resolve their issues;
Collect and analyze data to resolve reported issues;
Document each intervention to facilitate subsequent teamwork;
Document internal processes and internal knowledge base (KB) articles;
Ensure the installation and configuration of devices and software used by users;

What we are looking for in you:
Vocational diploma or associate's degree in computer science;
2-5 years of relevant experience;
Excellent customer service skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Problem-solving skills;
Rigorous and committed to a job well done;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Entra, Intune;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems;
Good knowledge of hardware and networking;
Demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, and proactivity.
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
Hybrid, on-site in Quebec City once a week, on-site during visits, teleworking.
Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
Must be able to travel to our branches (Quebec City region, Saguenay/Lac St-Jean, Beauce/Appalaches, Bas St-Laurent).
