ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and apply the warranty policy for all entities within the group, in line with corporate strategy.
Oversee the processing of warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturers' requirements.
Optimize warranty recovery processes with OEMs and suppliers; monitor key indicators (acceptance rates, processing times, costs per file).
Analyze failure trends, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with Service and Parts teams to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Promote teamwork, supervise warranty clerks, set objectives, develop skills, and provide ongoing training.
Manage the warranty budget and provisions; prepare reports and present results to the VP of Operations.
Maintain effective relationships with the branch network and external partners.
