What you will do:
- Respond quickly to transferred calls and handle as many calls as possible with accuracy and rigor.
- Maximize the customer experience for all customers in all branches by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Qualify customer requests and ensure their needs are met by offering a range of suitable options.
- Manage customer expectations by providing clear information on availability, delivery times, prices, and alternatives.
- Suggest and sell complementary products to maximize sales per invoice.
- Follow up on open invoices and ensure that invoices are opened at the customer's home branch.
- Contribute to optimal inventory management.
- Select the right order types and suppliers.
- Check the system daily for backorders.
- Prioritize the use of OPC to simplify and optimize orders.
- Apply loyalty discounts when applicable.
- Ensure smooth communication with OSS and/or parts clerks.

What we are looking for in you:
At least 5 years of experience as a parts clerk
A passion for customer service
Excellent computer skills
Strong communication skills
Rigorous, autonomous, and a team player
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple requests simultaneously
High capacity and efficiency in finding all types of parts for all types of equipment
Minimum knowledge of truck mechanics
Post-secondary diploma, an asset
Bilingualism (French and English), an asset
