As a Global Inside Sales & Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of customer success and global business growth. Your responsiveness, precision, and commercial mindset will directly influence sales performance and long-term customer loyalty.

Your Impact
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for global customers and distributors.
- Handle daily inquiries with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Ensure customers feel supported before, during, and after the sale.
- Anticipate needs and follow up proactively to enhance satisfaction.
Drive Sales Through Customer Centricity
- Convert inbound inquiries into qualified opportunities.
- Prepare compelling and technically accurate quotes and proposals.
- Build lasting relationships with small and mid-sized customers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add true value.
Accelerate Sales Team Success
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team to manage accounts and demos.
- Coordinate with logistics, technical support, and finance to ensure smooth execution.
- Keep CRM and ERP systems updated with accurate data for better forecasting.
- Support marketing campaigns, trade show follow-ups, and lead conversions.
What You Bring
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Spanish is an asset, but not a requirement.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or client-facing B2B roles (agri-tech, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred).
- Proven ability to manage quotes and convert inquiries into sales.
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Odoo, SAP…) and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-first mindset, ownership mentality, and commercial instinct.
- Experience in agriculture or livestock is an advantage, but curiosity and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Occasional travel for trade shows, customer visits, or distributor meetings.
