We are looking for two dynamic and passionate Sales Consultants to join our team at Toyota de Boucherville in the new car department. You will play a key role in our mission to provide an exceptional customer experience while advising customers on their Toyota vehicle needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and advise customers on choosing a vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Build trusting relationships with customers by offering personalized service and answering their questions professionally.
Present the features and benefits of various Toyota models, including certified pre-owned vehicles.
Work closely with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on new technologies and Toyota products.
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
