Acura Montreal Centre is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team!
Acura Montreal Centre, proud to have recently joined the Action Grenier Autogroupe, is undergoing a major transformation and embarking on a new chapter under a dynamic and ambitious new management team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in managing and ensuring the efficiency of the sales department
Support the team in closing deals
Train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants
Handle “TO” (taking charge of clients to close sales)
Ensure the distribution and follow-up of leads
Support sales representatives during negotiations with customers
Ensure sales targets are met and monitor team performance
Perform any other duties related to the position
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
Experience in management or a leadership role (a significant asset)
Leadership, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
Results-oriented and customer service-oriented
