Description

The Responsible Accounts Payable and Inventory will process invoices and will follow up on items coming from suppliers. He will also process payments and balance payable approvals.

Requested skills

Process supplier invoices and credit notes to creditors;
Processing payments by cheque, internet or EFT;
Follow-up of accounts payable and AP month-end procedures;
Sort the company's credit card statement;
Balance payable approvals;
Check the commission report and enter the data into FinancePro; and
Check purchase prices.
