Production worker – syrup preparation

As a Syrup Preparation Labourer, you will support the Team Leader in ensuring production standards meet or exceed budgeted targets, while maintaining a strong food safety culture:

• Prepare syrup according to established standards
• Ensure barrels are properly cleaned before and after pumping
• Follow product specification sheets for syrup blending
• Ensure syrup reaches a minimum temperature of 185°F in heating tanks before transferring to bottling retention tanks
• Clean and inspect all instruments and equipment
• Ensure all tools, tanks, and systems are cleaned before producing organic syrup
• Keep the kitchen, pumping room, barrels, and equipment clean and free of non-compliant items
• Prioritize tasks to minimize production downtime

• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (an asset)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
• Ability to follow strict quality and safety procedures
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable handling equipment and barrels
