This position is for the evening shift.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager reporting to the Manufacturing Quality Assurance Team Leader to help us contribute to our quality system. In this role, you will have a major impact on the quality control of our products. You will be at the forefront of daily support to influence quality management in Internal Manufacturing.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Play a key role in strengthening and maintaining our manufacturing quality system.
- Provide quality assurance support to the production team.
- Develop plans for manufacturing quality control.
- Conduct data-driven root cause analyses, track issues to ensure resolution, and collaborate on the implementation of action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- DEC in metallurgy or mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in computer software: Excel, Access, Word, and SAP.
- Knowledge of quality tools (geometric tolerancing, PFMEA, SPC, etc.).
- Knowledge of sheet metal transformation processes (welding, stamping, etc.) would be an asset.
