The Logistics Agent is responsible for scheduling deliveries and receptions, organizing the routes of the company’s drivers, and ensuring the compliance of all related documentation.

Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling delivery and reception timelines.
  • Forecasting volumes and optimizing transportation usage.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with carriers.
  • Preparing export documents (certificates, invoices, transport letters, etc.).
  • Coordinating activities with brokers.
  • Conducting regulatory monitoring related to import and export requirements.
  • Managing the archiving of regulatory documents.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Control team.
  • Tracking shipments in real time and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, carriers, and customs agencies.
