Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Preparation:

    • Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.
    • Ensure all items are correctly labeled, sealed, and ready for delivery.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation area.
    • Perform basic inventory checks and notify management of low stock levels.

    Delivery Duties:

    • Deliver orders to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
    • Load and unload items while ensuring product integrity during transport.
    • Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules using GPS or company software.
    • Collect signatures or proof of delivery as required.

    Customer Service:

    • Provide a friendly and professional experience at every customer touchpoint.
    • Communicate delays or delivery issues promptly and clearly.
    • Represent the company positively during all interactions.

    General Operations Support:

    • Assist with restocking shelves and inventory organization as needed.
    • Report vehicle maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
    • Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Requested skills

  • Valid BC driver’s license, Class 5, with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in delivery driving, warehousing, or order fulfillment preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
  • Good time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for route management and communication.
