We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee audits, customer complaints, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality documentation to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
  • Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, and company standards.
  • Develop, update, and manage quality documentation and controlled documents.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and present performance updates to management.
  • Support continuous improvement and risk management initiatives across departments.
  • Oversee calibration programs and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
  • Serve as the site's quality resource, promoting a strong food safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, and quality management systems.
  • Experience leading internal and external audits.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
