About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator – Import/Export to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will manage the full cycle of import and export operations, ensuring smooth and timely cargo movements while maintaining excellent communication with global partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete A–Z process for import and export operations.
  • Track and trace incoming cargo through various carrier web portals.
  • Submit import bookings, prepare and process import documentation, and coordinate with customs brokerage agents.
  • Prepare delivery orders and arrange trucking to ensure on-time cargo pick-up and delivery to customers.
  • Update shipment and import status in the company portal.
  • Handle costing and billing for assigned files.
  • Communicate professionally with carriers, trucking companies, and brokerage agents worldwide via email and phone.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to daily customer emails and inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in import/export or logistics operations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
  • Experience working with transport or logistics management systems.
