Description
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our evening shift team.
This is a permanent position offering stability and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the presence of all workers at the beginning of each shift.
- Follow up on employee training with the teams in place.
- Manage employee breaks, lateness, and absences.
- Conduct floor walks to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and productivity optimization.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Respectful, patient, and flexible individual.
- Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must own safety shoes.
Working Conditions:
- Evening shift position.
- 1 to 2 weeks of training on the day shift.
- Salary: $26/hour + $2/hour evening premium.
