Assignment:
- Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary replacement teaching position
- Grades 7-9 French Immersion Mathematics, Science, and Guitar
- Duties to commence May 18, 2026 and will continue until June 17, 2026
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching French Immersion Math, Science, and Guitar at the Junior High level
- Ability to utilize varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs
- Experience teaching in French
- Strong classroom management
- Strong planning, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment
- Assessment literate
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Strong technology and 21st Century Learning Skills
- Experience mentoring youth and supporting positive decision-making
