Description
Assignment:
- Part-time 0.86 FTE Educational Assistant position
- Duties to commence January 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year
- To provide support and assistance to diverse students in grades 4-6
Qualifications and/or Assets:
- Experience working with students with complex needs would be considered an asset
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
- Calm and patient approach to solving problems
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented learning environment
- Background and/or experience with academic or behavioral needs
- Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment
- Reliability and eager to learn would be considered an asset
- Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant
