Description
Assignment:
- Part-time 0.70 Educational Assistant position
- Providing educational support to students in a classroom and one-on-one environment
- Duties to commence August 27, 2025 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year
Qualifications:
- The role requires a calm, confident, and skilled professional who can maintain structure and consistency while supporting students who require supervision, redirection, and personalized programming throughout the school day.
- Literacy and Numeracy background would be considered an asset
- Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment
- Experience working with students with complex needs
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Calm and patient approach to solving problems
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Background and/or experience with complex behavioural needs
