Description

Salary: 80 000$ to 95 000$/year with bonus and a company vehicle provided

Terapro Construction, Case Construction dealer, is hiring a precision technology specialist (Machine Control / GPS) to support sales, service teams and customers in heavy construction.
If you have a passion for construction equipment, technology, connecting with people and communicating technical information then this may be the position for you. If you know your way around heavy equipment, site designs/surveys, grade stakes, lasers, GPS and robotic total stations, telematics, sensors, and data analytics to track equipment health, optimize operations, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Technical support for precision technology and machine control;
- Presentation and demonstration of GPS / GNSS / GLONASS systems;
- Support for heavy construction equipment sales;
- Training teams on 2D / 3D systems, telematics, and automation;
- Installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of GPS systems on heavy equipment;
- After-sales technical support and customer follow-up;
- Customer integration with equipment monitoring platforms (MyCaseConstruction).
Profile
- Degree in geomatics, civil engineering, or minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in heavy construction or heavy equipment;
- Experience with machine control or construction GPS systems;
- Proficiency with surveying equipment (GNSS, total stations, robotic stations);
- Knowledge of CAD software and field software;
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- French-English bilingualism to support the Francophone and Anglophone clientele of our branches located in Quebec and Ontario.
