Your main responsibilities will include supervising the team assigned to the maintenance, repair, testing, adjustment, and proper functioning of electrical equipment, controls, and automation systems used to control various processes on the production lines within the factory. The Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work of employees assigned to the maintenance, repair, and modification of factory equipment. He determines and validates work methods and/or procedures, distributes tasks to skilled workers, checks their work from the perspective of quality, quantity (performance), and the safety aspect of the tasks. He is also responsible for certain administrative tasks such as completing and/or verifying reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Emergency Maintenance and Repairs: Ensure that emergency maintenance or repair work is carried out as requested by the managers of the various sectors of the plant.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Ensure that preventive maintenance work is performed as described in the preventive maintenance procedures, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Supervise Team: Supervise a team of eight to ten (4-5) unionized employees.
  • Training and Development: Maintain the appropriate level of training in all areas for the department's employees.
  • Non-Conformities: Report all non-conformities and, if necessary, participate in the search for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote, coordinate, and participate in continuous improvement groups and problem-solving teams.
  • Work Planning and Procurement: Plan work and purchase necessary products via Guide TI.
  • Employee Management: Manage maintenance employees to ensure engagement, accountability, and skill development.
  • Partnership Management: Ensure management based on partnership with all collaborators.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and supervise work according to priorities to maintain various indices, production, quality, and performance.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental programs, and ensure that employees also comply with these requirements.
  • Approval and Monitoring: Approve and monitor working hours, vacations, and schedules.
  • Other Tasks: Perform any other related tasks.
